    Returns

    In the case of a defective item;

    You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

    To be eligible for a return,

  • Your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • Your item must have the tags and labels intact
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
    • You must provide us with your intention to Return the purchased product via mail with details of the issue faced. We will arrange a pick-up within 3-5 days of your request.

    Refunds

  • We do refunds only in a genuine case of delivery of defective products and if we are unable to send you new ones due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • In the event of delivery of defective products, you have to send an email to our customer support executives at support@nautanki.co along with the details of the order, nature of issues, photographs of the defective product within 48 hours of delivery.
  • In the event, on our verification it is observed that the defect is incurred due to any of your actions or omissions, then Nautanki will not be responsible for refunding the amounts paid to you.
  • However, you may still opt for returns in an aforementioned manner.
  • Please note the applicable shipping and COD delivery charges shall not be refunded to you.
    • If your return is approved, we will credit the refund to your bank account within 10-14 business days of receiving the product.

    Shipping

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

    If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. This is in the event that Return Shipping has been booked by us, and not you.

    Cancellation We do not provide Cancellation of any order for any item purchased on www.nautanki.co
